1. Description of Service: Libusa Ltd offers access to online e-learning modules for a fixed time period of 36 weeks, for a one-off fee. The modules cover a range of topics and are designed for both individual and multiple users.
2. Access to the Service: Access to the Service is granted once payment is received. Users are responsible for providing their own computer, internet access, and any necessary software or hardware to access the Service.
3. Fees and Payment: Users must pay the one-off fee to gain access to the Service. The fee is non-refundable, and users are not entitled to a refund if they do not complete the modules.
4. Intellectual Property: All content, including text, images, and videos, are the property of Libusa Ltd and are protected by copyright laws. Users are not allowed to reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission from Libusa Ltd.
5. User Conduct: Users must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Users are solely responsible for any content they upload or share on the Service.
6. Content Use: The Registered User shall not copy, share, modify, transmit, distribute, or in any way, exploit the copyrighted materials provided by Libusa Ltd other than for their own individual training. Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited.
7. Termination: Libusa Ltd reserves the right to terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, if a user breaches these terms and conditions. Users may also terminate their access to the Service by contacting Libusa Ltd.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties: Libusa Ltd makes no warranties or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content provided through the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis, and Libusa Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Libusa Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service or these terms and conditions. Users agree to indemnify and hold Libusa Ltd harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of their use of the Service.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales where Libusa Ltd is registered.
11. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Libusa Ltd and the user with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
12. Modification: Libusa Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes.
13. Once purchase agreement is returned you will be given automatic access to the online materials for e-learning, no refund is available after you have been allocated a code for access to the e-learning portal. No refund is given where a customer does not complete all the modules or use the full number of licenses stipulated in the purchase agreement.
14.Ā Participants in e-learning provided by Libusa Ltd agree to do so at their own discretion and at their own risk, and agree to not hold, nor attempt to hold Libusa Ltd liable for any loss, claim, demand, damage, legal cost or other expenses arising whatsoever in connection with the use, misuse or inability to use the materials or learnings.
15.Ā Libusa Limited accepts no responsibility for, nor any liability in connection with, the use by any party of the e-learning material, or any claims arising therefrom. This disclaimer applies to all forms of media in which extracts from the e-learning material may be reproduced.
