We were commissioned to provide an independent review of a major national freight safety programme, bringing an objective and experienced perspective to its governance, delivery and long‑term approach. The review was carried out through structured interviews and a detailed examination of programme materials, providing the client with clear, well‑evidenced insights presented in a constructive and collaborative way. The work was extremely well received, leading to an invitation to return annually to support ongoing reviews and help maintain confidence in the programme’s continued development
