We designed and delivered specialist training for rail safety regulators in two different countries, helping teams build confidence in assessing software‑driven and safety‑critical railway systems. Using detailed regulatory checklists and real‑world examples drawn from standards such as EN50126, EN50128 and EN50716 the sessions focused on practical inspection skills and understanding key assurance requirements across the asset lifecycle. The work strengthened regulatory capability in both jurisdictions and provided a clear, structured approach for evaluating modern, software‑enabled rail assets.
